There’s been yet another police shooting in the U.S in which an unarmed black man has been shot dead.
The man was shot and killed during a struggle outside a convenience store in Phoenix.
The latest shooting comes as racial tensions and protests continue for a second night on the streets of New York after a white police officer escaped prosecution over the death of Eric Garner.
The decision was made by the Staten Island grand jury not to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo over the death on July 17.
